Musée du Quai Branly, Paris 14 April - 26 July 2015

The exhibition “Masters of  sculpture from Ivory Coast” presented at Museum of the quai Branly highlights the great sculptors from Ivory Coast and West Africa. The works by Jems Robert Koko Bi, carved in hardwood with a chainsaw, are exhibited alongside with the “classical” masters and illustrate the  creative continuity of West African sculptors in the post-colonial period.
