Pablo Picasso, one of the most important painters of the 20th century, enters the Musée des Civilisations Noires. African art played an important role in Picasso's work.
In 1972, a few posters and drawings were presented in Dakar at the behest of Léopold Sedar Senghor, former president of Senegal. Today, 50 years later, his works will be exhibited at the Museum of Black Civilizations.
