Artist Dalila Dalléas Bouzar has been selected as one of the laureates of the third edition of Villa Swagatam, a residency program initiated by the French Institute in India to foster dialogue between artists from France and South Asia.
She will be in residence at the Kalhath Institute in Lucknow, India, as part of this program. Dedicated to preserving and innovating traditional textile practices, the Kalhath Institute offers a unique environment for creative exchange and experimentation. Set in a city with a rich cultural and artisanal heritage, the residency provides artists with space and time to develop new work in close collaboration with local craftspeople.
