Galerie Cécile Fakhoury is pleased to share Binta Diaw’s participation in the group exhibition See You Tomorrow Under Other Skies, presented by Andrew Kreps Gallery across its 22 Cortlandt Alley and 394 Broadway spaces in New York. Bringing together a cross-generational group of artists, the exhibition gathers practices that use land—and the histories it carries—as both material and narrative framework.

Through a range of media including painting, textile, sculpture, performance, and photography, the exhibition explores mapping as an active and critical process. Within this context, Binta Diaw’s works establish a direct connection between body and landscape, extending a broader reflection on territories, their embedded memories, and the shifting narratives they continue to shape. Taken together, the works in the exhibition consider how landscapes are constantly redefined by history, displacement, and acts of resistance, while opening up possibilities for futures still to be imagined.
